REAL SERVICES HAS OFFICIAL MERGED WITH OTBx
It’s official, Real Services has fully integrated and merged all of our services and operations with OTBx. Over the past couple of months, you should have noticed new changes occurring such as new service packages, pricing, scheduling, and booking tools plus much more. Real Services and OTBx are excited to come together and join forces to offer you a lot more value and services.
**One notable change that you should be aware of is Real Services has shifted over to OTBx’s pricing and packages in an effort to provide enhanced services to help you market your listings even better.

What has been happening over the past few months...
Back in September OTBx and Real Services Photography Inc. entered into a partnership with the goal of integrating their respective visual and digital marketing services into one cohesive service offering. For Real Services clients this means more service offerings, booking availability, and geographical coverage with photographers being located throughout the GTA.
Since Monday, November 8, 2021, Real Services started integrating all booking, invoicing, and deliverables into OTBx platforms. If you have any questions you can contact your Account Manager LaRae at 905-520-8848.
📣 Major Changes to Note 📣
Scheduling
The Real Services Team has been integrated into OTBx. All scheduling and booking of services will now be done through the Real Services’ Website or OTBx’s Website via live chat support where you can speak in real-time with an OTBx team member. All email confirmations and photographer arrival notifications will now be sent from OTBx.
Invoicing
All payment and invoicing will be processed through OTBx. A notable change with OTBx’s payment policies is having to pay for the services in full before you receive the links to your content. OTBx methods of payment can be reviewed here. For your convenience, we can hold your payment info on file and automatically process payment before delivery.
Deliverables
Turn around time for deliverables is slightly different than that of Real Services. Turnaround times can be viewed here. Rush services can be requested with more details here.
