What do you like to do away from work?

Photography is my second career. I have a degree in kinesiology and was in medical equipment sales for 15 years. Part way through that period I took up photography as a hobby. It eventually lead to career change. So on that regard, when I’m not doing photography for work, I dabble on the hobby side in ways I never can for paid jobs. Shooting architecture with medium format film. Aside from that, keeping fit, traveling, movie nights with the fam, walking my Great Dane.

How would you describe your photographic style?

Vanity Fair meets National Geographic. Styled editorial/documentarian.

What advice would you give to someone who was selling their home in your service area?

There is huge difference between a stage home and a staged home. Staged looks like a model home and people can better imagine themselves in there.

What do you enjoy most about real estate photography in your service area?

You can trace the history of the city as you move away from the lake. The older homes tend to be near the lake and newer towards the 407/escarpment.
