How would you describe your photographic style?

I would describe my photographic style as “editorial”. It’s a kind of style where images would be featured in a magazine, newspaper or catalogue. Such photos look highly professional and polished, with great attention to detail.

What do you enjoy most about real estate photography in your service area?

I enjoy discovering new places and meeting new people in my service area the most. There is always something exciting about discovering new locations or neighbourhoods, that you have never been to. It is also great to meet new people; a real estate agent, homeowner or tenant always has an exciting story to tell about the property or the neighbourhood.

What advice would you give someone selling their home in your service area?

If someone was pre-selling their home I would advise them to hire a proper real estate salesperson, prepare their property (de-clutter, organize and clean), and hire a professional real estate photographer that can showcase their property in the best way possible with high-quality images. A picture is worth a thousand words, right? Your property images are the first thing a buyer sees on an MLS, and poor images can adversely affect the interest in your property.
