What you should know before the headshot day.
- Our photographer will be there to help guide you so that you come away with a photo you love
- You are welcome to wear a couple of different outfits so that you can choose the photo you like best.
- We typically use a white, grey or brick background so we recommend that you wear solid colours that are bold and stand out. A nice accent accessory such as a scarf, necklace or pocket square helps add an element of contrast.
- The actual photo time will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
- You will be asked to check in on arrival and we will need your phone number and email to be able to send you the photos.
- Once the photos are ready, you will receive an email link to access the photo gallery. Here you will be able to download all of the images in full resolution.
- If you require touch-ups to any of your photos to remove blemishes or background, we can provide this service for $25 per photo.

Getting photos of an entire team is a great way to ensure consistency on your website and various marketing platforms. At OTBx Air, we recognize that getting everyone’s headshot updated at the same time can be a challenge. We will work with you to arrange a booking platform for people to sign up and will come right to your office door to make the process simple. When we shoot group headshots, we typically budget about 15 minutes per person to minimize disruption in the workplace. We also offer preferred rates for corporate headshot sessions.
